Joschka Gommers

Joschka Gommers is the founder of GMRS Legal, a boutique employment law firm based in Berlin. He advises clients comprehensively on employment law and related legal areas, including tax and social security law. He supports employees, executives, and companies primarily in matters involving dismissals, employment disputes, contractual issues, and social security audits. His advisory approach is pragmatic and solution-oriented, always aiming to achieve economically sensible outcomes for his clients. Joschka Gommers studied law at Kiel University (Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel) and subsequently completed his legal traineeship, after which he was admitted to the German bar. He then worked for several years as an attorney at both a mid-sized law firm and an international commercial law firm, most recently as a Senior Associate. Since 2023, he has been practicing as an independent attorney and founder of GMRS Legal, advising clients nationwide on employment law.
